Pay close attention to any patterns that might be occurring in life.Every time the thought “Ahhhh! Not again!” or “Here we go again” or “Why does this always happen to me” goes through your mind perhaps there is something to be learned here. What can you do differently to help the pattern from continuing or the problem from reoccurring? Most often we have the power to create significant change even with the smallest of adjustments. Small adjustments, even in awareness, can manifest in noticeable changes in patterns.
