About Aimee
I acknowledge my position as a non-Indigenous guest on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples—Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.
I work alongside young adults seeking to process trauma, address their mental health, substance use, as well as other stress-related concerns. My approach is holistic, relational, and person-centred, grounded in compassion and empathy, with a focus on creating a safe, inclusive environment where you feel seen and empowered.

I’m trained in EMDR, Lifespan Integration, and Internal Family Systems, using body-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive practices that draw from polyvagal and attachment theories. I integrate experiential and somatic approaches to help clients achieve body regulation, resolve wounds from overwhelming experiences, and move toward secure attachment. I truly believe that we all have the capacity to heal.
I am grateful to walk alongside people as they navigate challenges, recognizing the complexity and uniqueness of each person’s experiences. By drawing on my experience to foster genuine connections, I aim to build trust and empower individuals to advocate for their own needs. My intention is to make a meaningful difference by partnering with individuals on their journeys toward growth and well-being.
Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, paddling, and adventuring in nature with my family.
